Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the Leadership team and be responsible for monitoring, developing and implementing marketing activites for the company in consultation wtih the team. This position will be based out of Fredericton, NB.

Accountabilities:

  • Assists in the development of strategic marketing plans
  • Implements the tactics recommended and approved from strategic marketing plans
  • Monitors the success of plans and tactics, and collects, analyzes and sumarizes data associated with key performance indicators
  • Support the delivery of internal and external communications services at a corporate level to engage a broadd client base including stake holders
  • Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's communication channels including print and digital communications
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Update the website as required, applying critical thinking to content updates and information architecture needs of the end-user
  • Assess and recommend analytics available to monitor success of on line promotions and activities
  • Monitor on line performance results vs plan ad prepare analytics reports
  • Proactively seek public relations opportunities and build social network of influencers
  • Contributes to writing and editing of news releases, press advisories, backgrounders and prepare internal communications materials
  • Recommen and prepare internal communications materials
  • Develop engaging content and material for Corey Nutrition Company's social media platforms and web pages
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory
  • Prepare premiums, banners, tradeshow booth materials and all branded POS materials
  • Support multimedia projects including (but not limited to) videos, motion graphics, graphic designs and inforgraphics
  • Support the organization of event marketing activities and coordinate logistics, including sponsorship opportunities
  • Participate in marketing and/or local sponsorship events
  • Assist in developing e-commerce strategy supported by online promotions
  • Maintain databases and tracking reports
  • Experience in markering and/or digital marketing
  • Experience in media relations
  • Experience in Adobe and Photoshop

  • Experience in media relations, media monitoring or publice relations

  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, PR, business, or related field
  • Fluency in English and French is desirable

Inukshuk Professional Dog Food Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative for our Inukshuk Professional Dog Food brand. This position will be based out of Fredericton, NB. Salary range from $38,000 - $42,000 depending on qualifications and experience, as well as commission.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will work closely with the Inukshuk team and be part of a dynamic environment dedicated to expanding the Inukshuk customer base across North America.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute new lead generation tactical plans and strategic/targeted grass roots marketing initiatives
  • Services existing clients and establishes new accounts through effective planning, consistent follow-up and efficient time organization
  • Provide rapid and accurate information in response to client requests for pricing and shipping information
  • Provides timely resolution to customer concerns
  • Develop excellent working knowledge of Inukshuk product, ingredients/components and results, with the ability to confidently and competently function as a canine nutritional consultant
  • Develop and grow the Inukshuk Professional Dog food brand to ensure corporate and group goals are achieved
  • Fostering, encouraging and promoting self-generated sales behaviours amongst team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for recent, current and future client to facilitate planning

Customer Service & Sales Representative - Aquaculture

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative for Aquafeeds division. This position will be based out of Fredericton, NB.

Main Line Packaging Worker

We are currently looking for a full-time Main Line Packaging Worker. This position will be based out of Fredericton, New Brunswick. The rate of pay if $15.00/hour.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all outgoing product is correctly packaged according to specifications.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Weigh, seal, label, stack adn wrap finished product
  • Ensure that products are free of damage, neatly labeled and stacked
  • Conduct quality checks on finished product and complete appropriate forms
  • Maintain a safe & clean work area
  • Operate all equipment applicable to the work area including but not limited to: Sealers, Scales, Hoist, Wrapper, Pallet Jack, Sample Machine, Inkjet, Printer, Conveyor Belts, Label Printer and more...
  • Troubleshoot equipment when problems arise
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications: Minimum

  • Work independently and quickly to meet changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • The ability to follow instructions / procedures
  • Ability to perform relevant mathematical caluculations
  • Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications: Desirable but not essential as training will be provided

  • Training in Forklife Operation
  • Fire extinguisher use
  • Safe lifting techniques
  • Packaging techniques
  • WHMIS
  • Health & Safety training

Working Conditions:

  • Shift work
  • Ability to work in very hot/very cold work environments
  • Dust environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly over a 12 hr. shift
  • Ability to work overtime
